It all began with my love for Italian food....
Private chef specializing in Italian cuisine, and family style comfort foods. My clients include private individuals, families, and businesses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
I have always had a passion for food and embraced my Italian heritage falling in love with the cuisine. I started studying every cookbook I could get my hands on as well as watching my family cook, and asking lots of questions. I wanted to be able to take what I was learning and cultivate it so that the dishes I made would transport you from your kitchen to Italy with the very first bite.
Later in life I was able to attend Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. I will never forget the first day of class and walking through the halls of the school. The smells, the sights, the chef's, I was home.
I went to work in Italian restaurants back home in NY, and continued to work on my craft. My greatest enjoyment came from the customers who were enjoying every moment of their dining experience.
I eventually came back to Dallas where I started my private chef business, and teaching cooking classes. This is where I work hard to bring my love and passion for food to you.
